What is Spreebird?
Spreebird is an online community of Power Savers. Daily alerts are sent to you through Email, Twitter or Facebook offering you amazing savings of 50% - 90% off the best places to eat, see and go in your community.
How do I get the Deal?
Just click "BUY" before the deal ends. We'll charge your credit card and once the deal has ended, you will be able to print out your voucher.
Do I need to use my Spreebird Deal the same day I buy it?
No, most Deals will have an expiration date, so you can use them during that period of time.
How do I use my Deal?
Once the deal is completed (time left on deal goes to zero (0)), you'll receive an email with a link to sign in and print your Voucher. The voucher has redemption instructions and a map to your destination.
Can I buy a Spreebird Deal as a gift for someone else?
Yes. Deals can be gifted. Just make sure you select the gift option on the checkout page.
If I don't use the full value of the Spreebird Deal in one visit, can I use the remainder later?
No, you must redeem the full value of your Voucher in one visit, unless prohibited by law. Bring a friend and share!
What happens if my voucher expires before I can use it?
If a voucher expires before you are able to redeem the voucher, you will take the voucher to the merchant who had offered the promotion. They will then honor the purchase value (the amount you originally paid for the voucher) towards goods or services with their company.
Can I combine my Deals with other offers or specials?
No, not unless the Deal specifically states otherwise.
When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card is charged at the time you purchase your voucher.
Is Spreebird safe?
Extremely Safe! Your credit card number is transmitted by SSL directly to a secure electronic vault. All personal information is only accessed by AUTHORIZED personnel.
What to do if I haven't received my product?
First, you will want to go back and review the fine print of the deal and see what the expected time frame for delivery is. If that time frame has passed, please contact the vendor directly. If you have attempted to contact them and your product has still not arrived, please contact our Customer Support staff.
Can I return a Spreebird Deal?
Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Within the limits of reason, we'll do what it takes to make you happy. However, we can only refund vouchers 7 days from the date the voucher becomes available. After that point, the voucher must be used with the vendor or merchant. Unless, of course, a vendor or merchant is refusing to honor your deal or has gone out of business. At that point, please contact customer support so we can get the matter resolved or offer you a refund back to your original form of payment.

We will redeem your Deal, and make sure you're credited for your purchase.
