It is per order. Even if you buy two vouchers and place two orders USA DAWGS will combine the orders to only charge shipping one time. Orders must be under the same name.

Q: Your youth sizes only go up to 2-3. My son wears boys size 5, how would I buy a pair for him?
I understand the clogs run small, I am a 7 1/2 shoe, would a 7-8 be too small?

If you want you can order the women's size 5/6 for your son and since you're a half size we'd recommend the 7/8 for a true fit.

Depending on each individual their products could run small, so they recommend ordering a size up if you're a half size or in-between sizes.
