Q: Does this brewing machine work with standard pods? Is there a reusable pod included to add my own coffee? How does this rate against the Kuerig?

The brewer works with the standard pods that are packed with paper not plastic kup; also diameter of the pods should be between 57mm to 61mm. We highly suggest to use the pods packed with minimum of 10g coffee to be abel to make a great cup of coffee to meet Gold Standard Cup! There are some reusable pods you could use such as Perfect Pods; or simply to fill the coffee into the filter paper and put in the pod holder; it also works with the regular tea bags as well.

Q: you keep saying that pods can be purchased on the site. But you're not answering whether this machine will make coffee with OTHER pods., such as Keurig or Coffee Bean, etc. Please respond appropriately, and then you'll have many more buyers. Thanks!

Sorry for not answering your question properly. This machine only works with the coffee pods that are packed with filter paper not the plastic cup such as K-cup etc. The coffee pods are simply taste better and better for the health. Check the reviews on the brewers sold at Amazon.com
