Q: Since nothing is shown, would I be paying $13.95 for a bag of rice?
GORP13, posted November 17 at 8:04 AM
Lol, no, there is a very powerful drying agent inside that is 100 times stronger than a bag of rice! There is a second sealed bag inside with the drying pack, So have no fear, you are not being duped or misled!
Thank you for your question though!

Q: What is this product? It's not just rice in a bag, right?

Hello Bob,
No, this is not a bag of rice! This is a very powerful drying agent in a pouch inside the bag. It is a 100 times stronger drying agent then rice would be! So, have no fear in trying our product. Keep in around just in case you ever get your phone wet, and use it immediately. The instructions are in the bag and on our website.
Thank you,
Tracey Diner

Q: Can it be used more than one time?
Cheryl, posted November 21 at 10:11 AM
Yes, this is a one use product. Once the drying pack is exposed to the air, it will keep sucking up humidity until it is saturated.
