Q: What does the 10.00 package include? The details say it MAY contain a letter from Santa, a letter from Rudolph, a good certificate etc.

The $20 voucher is good for anything on our site. Most likely you'll want to buy the Deluxe Package for 19.95 which includes a Santa Letter, Letter from Rudolph, a Nice List Certificate, stickers, and tattoos.

Q: I would like to do 2 of these, but I don't want the letter to have the exact same wording. Are there variations?
lindsey brinton, posted November 10 at 8:46 AM
The letters will have variations. If more than one letter is going to the same address, our system automatically makes them different. If they are going to different places please let us know the invoice numbers of the letters to make different. Thank you for your question!

Q: Can I get 2 of just the letters (same address) for the $20 voucher? Or is there only one transaction (one child) per voucher?
Janine, posted November 12 at 1:12 AM
Yes, the $20 voucher is good for anything you like on our site. Our site can handle several children per transaction.

Q: Is there a way to address this letter to a group? Like a classroom vs a single person?
Olga, posted November 15 at 1:33 PM
Sure you can put anything you want in the order form. Just make sure it makes sense to the kids receiving it. The letters are written with 1 recipient in mind, but you could make it work. Part of Santa's letter says "I see that you want ____, ____, and _____ for Christmas." For a classroom it would just have to sound good to the kids. And he looks forward to flying to [the children's city]. You'd just have to make sure your answer covers everyone in the class.
