Q: How much is the Brazilian upgrade?
myoo, posted November 7 at 8:02 AM
Hi Myoo, the Brazilian upgrade for all 6 sessions for the clients who buy this deal will be $200. Thanks!
Amoderm, posted November 7 at 8:36 AM
Q: Is that $349 total or $200 total for the Brazilian? Please clarify. Thank you
myoo, posted November 7 at 8:40 AM
Yes, that would be $349 total for all 6 sessions ($149 for the deal paid here and $200 upgrade at the location on the day of your first appointment). We do have a 100% satisfaction policy which means when you come and have your consultation visit (first visit before the 6 treatment sessions), you can still get full refund if for any reasons you didn't like us (well that doesn't happen often, but still...) Thanks!

Q: Please verify the "medium" areas?
Tammie, posted November 7 at 10:07 AM
Hi Tammie, medium areas include the bikini line, underarms, hands, or feet (Brazilian upgrade available at location). This info should also be available under the fine prints. Thanks!

Q: What type of laser(s) do you use for the hair removal? Also, is the consultation the same day as the 1st treatment, or do you book them on separate days? thanks!
Evelyn, posted November 7 at 10:23 AM
Hi Evelyn, our laser hair removal treatments are provided by our experienced nurses under direct supervision of physician using state-of-the-art and FDA-approved laser machines from Candela (GentleYAG). While in medical world we try to avoid giving guarantees (as people are different and respond differently), we have had extremely high praises from our patients on the effectiveness of our laser treatments on various skin types and complexions. The free consultation session is normally scheduled first and ahead of the actual laser treatments to make sure that the clients are medically-fit and right candidates to undergo treatments, and to give them important instructions and do's and dont's for best results. This also gives our clients peace of mind as they can come and visit our center and our staff first to make sure Amoderm is the right place for them. If for any reasons they change their mind (and that has happened very rarely), they can still get full refund on the day of consultation. Thanks!

Q: Do all 6 treatments needs to be finished by the Feb. expiration date?
Kori, posted November 8 at 9:12 AM
Hi Kori, no, you only need to have your first appointment (which is the complimentary consultation) before the expiration date in Feb. Given that the laser treatment sessions must be spaced 6-8 weeks apart from each other for best results, the laser treatment will go beyond that expiration date and that won't be a problem at all. Thanks!

Q: Do you need to purchase numbing cream for the laser treatments?
Kori, posted November 8 at 9:32 AM
Hi Kori, you don't have to, but it will depend on the treated areas and the patient - after all, pain is a subjective matter. We will go over this during the consultation session and if you felt that you wanted to use numbing cream for more comfort, we do provide it at two sizes to our patients (0.5 oz for $35 and 1 oz for $60). Thanks!

Q: Hi
Can I use the 6 treatments on different areas?
Thank you
ET, posted November 9 at 3:50 PM
Dear ET, all the treatment sessions under this deal should be used on the same area. However for the clients who get this deal we offer an additional voucher at the location to use for another area. Finally, if more areas are needed, we will also offer them at 60-70% discount for the clients who get this deal. Thanks!
