Yes you can watch and learn without owning the software - however you would need to own the software on your computer in order to do the exercises.

Yes, they do have classes for Mac's - they are Excel 2011 and an overview of Microsoft Office 2011. However, the classes for PC's are very similar to what you would expect on a Mac. For more info feel free to call 415-946-5390.

Yes, you would need the software in order to do the assignments and practice work. However, you can take any of the courses, regardless of whether you have the software or not. Some folks have used the courses as a way to determine whether or not to purchase certain applications or upgrades.

They do not troubleshoot issues with computers - it is solely learning the programs your computer runs.

Q: The current offer states that the courses are available for one year, however the fine print states that it is only valid until December 25th, 2013??? Please could you clarify this as this does not meet the one year deal. Thank you.

To clarify -- the membership is good for one year AFTER activation, but must be activated by December 25, 2013. Hope that helps!
