Q: How difficult is it to remove gels for the next visit? Do you cater to clients who may have pain-sensitive skin around the nails? (Meaning I don't like my skin filed and bleeding because the manicurist wasn't paying attention)Thank you!

It is not difficult to remove ...I use a gei remover and it takes about 15min to remove ...let me start off by apologizing for that manicure that you got ....when you get a manicure you should not bleed ...in my my experience, although accidents do happen, this is very rare.

Q: Trish, Will you be available for a pedicure on March 15th or 16th? We've met before, I moved from Santa Clarita to Tulsa, OK, and Jacklin was my babysitter - maybe you remember :). I'll come and visit on that weekend... Thanks a bunch!
