Q: How do I change my credit card on file?

Hello Bianca, Log into your Spreebird account. Once you log in, in the top right corner there is something that says "my account" Click on "my account" When you click on "my account" you will see all of your personal information including your credit card on file. You can click on "remove my card" to remove the current credit card on file. If you have any other questions, please feel free to call our customer service team at 800.655.9980. Thank you!

Q: My family of 4 would like to purchase this. Do I need to do 4 separate transactions with their names on each voucher or will all 4 with my name on them be accepted for admission? Please advise. Thank you.

The vouchers can all have your name on them. No need to buy with each persons name. Thank you.

Yes, just tell the agent when you call to make your reservation. Upgrades start at $10 and include lower row settings and souvenir merchandise. Just call 1-888-935-6878 and ask the agent. Thank you.

We do offer a Gluten Free meal. It includes - Tomato Vegetable Soup, Herb-Roasted Chicken, Herb-Roated Potato, Plain Spare Rib and Fresh Fruit. Simply inform the agent when you call to make your reservation. And, inform our Greeter when you arrive at the castle on the night of your show. This will assure your meal will be delivered to your table without delay. Call us at 888-935-6878 if you need any additional information. Thank you.
