Q: I purchased this deal when it was available in August (it expired Oct 14th), I ordered it with the company (koshi store) and they haven't sent anything to me (including a confirmation of my order!) I checked back to day, and they no longer sell the clutch that is pictured! They now sell a much different style with a v-style closure. I like this style much less and am very unhappy that the product I wanted is no longer in stock. Please stop offering deals from koshistore. They cannot handle the orders and their customer service is horrible.

Thank you Callie but if I can interject, we did in fact redesign the clutch and add a third flap (the v-style closure) because we were getting a lot of complaints that customers were losing their valuables. So we added that third fold and the problem is fixed. As for your other comments, you are certainly entitled to your opinions but we do have a 97% satisfaction rate. We are sorry that you are one of the 3% and have had a negative experience. We would love to make it up to you in the future if you would let us.

Q: It's too bad you don't have a list of phones from the manufacturer that would clearly state which phones will fit inside of this wallet. I realize that many people have asked this same question about the size of the wallet, but when you say the dimensions are 3 1/2" wide by 5 1/2" long, are you referring to the outside dimensions, or the inside pocket dimensions where the phone will actually be stored?
