Q: Hello....how does this work? As in - do I look over all the various kinds of sausages, pick out which I want, then make sure the total is at least $45 in order to have the total diminished by 51% at checkout?

This is correct.
The subtotal must be equal to, or greater than $45 (before shipping) for the voucher to take effect.
