Q: Can I use this deal on a tree w/ "snow" at an additional cost?

Yes you can get your 6 to 7 foot grand flocked at an additional cost. Flocking is custom done and takes a day to dry. We specialize in "snow fall" custom flocking. Beautiful!

Q: What is the contact phone number to the Irvine location? I called ph# 714-990-9627 for the Brea location, the lady that answered was very rude & said they do not have any spree bird deal and hung up on me. Do you have a different phone number to the Irvine location? I already purchased the Christmas tree.

I am so sorry our cashier did not have the answers for you when you called. As this spreebird deal just began it's run not all our employees knew about the details. The promotion is for the 6 to 7 foot grand fir which I am having fresh cut just for this promotion and they will be arriving on December 14. The promotion is for the Christmas tree only ( 6 - 7 foot grand fir) and does not include any extras such as the removable stand, flocking, fireproofing or delivery. We keep all our trees in water with a fresh cut on a rebar stand to allow the trees to "drink". If you do not need the stand we will remove it and in the mean time you know the tree was cared for in the best possible manner. All our trees are under a big tent for evven more pampering. See you on the 14th and Merry Christmas!!
