Yes a partial will be perfect as a touch up. As for the red, there may not be an extra charge unless it'salot of product- then it'd be between 5-15 more.

Q: I'm looking to change my dark hair to lighter. Unfotunately I heard this is a big process especially because I have box dyed my hair for years. Will this special work for my circumstance?
