"I was worried that the shop wouldn't be able to accommodate a large group of 8 all requesting beach cruisers for 2 hours. I called in advance and was told to just come early. I got there when the shop opened up and started processing the paperwork. By the time the whole group arrived, all we had to do was pick out our bikes.
I was really impressed with the condition of the beach cruisers, I was worried that there would be some wear and tear or that the bikes would be too big for me (I'm barely 5'2). They were great and they rode great. We had a great time riding around Lido Island and then around Newport Beach. We didn't need a map but I did see staff give some other riders maps.
Customer service was great, the whole process was hassle free. I saw some interesting things that they rent (electric boats, electric loungers, paddle surfboards) and I'd definitely come back for more fun-in-the-sun through Newport Fun Tours!" -Vanessa

Everyone here is soo helpful. John was friendly over the phone. Mike was really nice. Jaime was my savior. Sachi and Will were my awesome surf instructors.
While all of my friends were at work, I got brave on a random Wednesday morning. I thought to myself, "Today is the day I will stand up paddle board." So, I read the reviews and hurried my adventure-seeking booty down to NFT.
Immediately, Jaime greeted me and helped my with my mini-mission. He was extremely encouraging, patient and inundated me with super helpful tips for my first time. Feeling good and confident, I stepped onto that paddle board and freaked out. Luckily, I was equipped with a safe word. I think all of Newport Beach heard me screaming "STELLA!" Lol.
