Q: Are stairs extra?

Hi Allison,
Stairs are not included in the package deal for a few reasons.
1. Stairs are cleaned using a small tool and take about as long to clean as two rooms of carpet..
2. There is no one specific price for stairs because there are many different kinds... some have a few landings, some are extra wide.
3. Stairs usually are the dirtiest and have the most wear and tear.
That being said, the average staircase is $40-50

Hello Corene,
We specialize in microfiber cleaning. The voucher will cover the first four feet @ $35 and any additional linear feet are $10/ft.
The main reason we do not simply list "sofa" cleaning is because they are all different sizes...for example your sectional.

The drying time depends on the type of carpet you have, how thick the pile is and how much we have to steam it.
Carpets are always bone dry the next day..
and you can walk on them right away...
A Hallway can count as a room...no problem.

Q: one additional question...can a groupon be purchased for the carpet option AND the upholstery (couch) option for the same household. The fine print says only one per household but I was wondering if one of each counts.
