The minimum quality we require for our images is 100 dpi. Cell phones typically don't do as well, although I am unsure about iPads

The statement, "1 per voucher," is in reference to how many vouchers you can apply per check out. So, for each voucher you purchase, you would need to apply it to a separate order.

That would still be free standard shipping in the contiguous United States. It shouldn't affect the shipping.
