Q: I have a 08 BMW 328i that needs the front bumper painted. Would u b able to take care of that with this offer?
Robin, posted May 30 at 7:28 AM
I won't know for sure until I see it. If you'd like to buy the deal, and I believe it should be resprayed, I'll refund you and refer someone who can respray it for you at a reasonable price. :)

Q: I am interested in this offer but I was wondering if it applies to the Santa Clarita Valley. I have a scratch on my bumper from the curb and it needs repair. I look forward to your response.
Thank you,
Desiree

Hi Disiree,
Santa Clarita is fine - as long as they have Starbucks there. :)

Q: I have a light scratch from a shopping cart that is appx 2 feet long on my doors. Will your service be able to fix that?
Brigitte, posted May 30 at 7:48 AM
Some scratches can be more difficult than others, and may need to be resprayed, which is something I don't offer.
If I don't think I can do a good job for you, I'll refund you and refer someone that can respray it for you.
If you send a pic to my phone, or email, I can give you a better idea. 949/463-7690 or results@carpaintchiprepair.com

Q: How long does it take to fix each nick, scratch, and chip assuming they are small? Would you have enough time in 90 mins to fix multiple scratches or just one?
Nancy, posted May 30 at 8:30 AM
I can generally fix everything I can find in that 90 minutes. Everything from chips on the hood, door edges, mirrors, and bumper scrapes.

Q: How many spots does this cover? I have about 10 small chips on my passenger door where someone repearted opened up into me. Would this cover all 10? most size of a pencil eraser head. Thanks!
daron, posted May 30 at 8:50 AM
No problem at all. I'll most likely find many more - and fix them.
Dr. Color Chip, posted May 30 at 9:04 AM
Q: Would it be possible to email a photo of the spot we want repaired to see if you think this deal would cover the repair?
Cindy, posted May 30 at 9:25 AM
Yes, that makes it much easier for me. Or you can text it to my phone.

Q: If you get finished with one car and still have time left on the 90 min would it be ok with you to move on to another car? :)
Deb, posted May 30 at 9:27 AM
It's actually pretty efficient for me to work on a couple of cars at the same time. While the paint is drying on one, I can work on the other.

Q: Is Manhattan Beach on the route? If so, I seem to have no depth perception on the back passenger side and have scrapes (some to the metal). Are those doable? If so, you are my answer to a pray (husband's company car and I've made it a mess).
J, posted May 30 at 9:37 AM
I happen to really like Manhattan Beach - so yes.
I'll make it pretty again, and I promise not to tell your husbands boss.

It's very efficient for me to work on more than one car at once. As the paint is drying on one, I can work on the next

Nope. Sorry. That's a different skill set and different tools.

If he's not in your area - call a car dealership and ask who they use. Don't let them talk you into bringing it in. Ask the used car dealership for a referral.
Make sure the dent guy you use has at least 10 years experience.

Deanna, posted May 30 at 11:48 AM
Sorry I can't do much about that - unless it just needs a good buffing. That I can do. :)

Q: can you come to Palm Desert?
Bob, posted May 30 at 1:03 PM
I'm afraid that's a bit far for me. But I will be passing through in mid July on my way to a big Porsche event in Utah.
I might be able to stop and do your car. Please email me at results@carpaintchiprepair.com and we'll try to work something out.

Q: I have a Lexus RX330, that has several scratches, i tired using a dealer purchased paint to fill in the scratch but it looks horrible, can that be fixed? as well as scratches on the door trim protector?

Q: Hi I have a ford ranger and has many scratches on the side from taking my wheelchair in and out is that something you can fix? I can send u a pic from my phone if you want. Also I live in Murrieta do you come out this way?
Elizabeth Weiderhoft , posted May 30 at 4:55 PM
Hi. I can certainly make the scratches less noticeable. And this is vastly more cost effective - but you will still be somewhat visible.
And yes, Murrieta is fine. :)

Q: I have scratches on my bumper and side mirror. Touch up paint was used but it looks horrible. Can this be fixed? Will the touch up paint be noticeable? Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?
Liz, posted May 31 at 8:35 AM
Hi Liz.
I won't have any problems cleaning up the touch paint that is already there.
I do use touch up paint, but it's a special paint that is designed to just stick in the chip, leaving a clean finish. Plus I happen to exceedingly good at what I do.
And I make it a point to not walk away from a car until we are both satisfied, if not I'll gladly refund you.
It's not about the money for me, it's about making your car pretty. Because of that philosophy I make a pretty good living. :)

Q: A guy came to my house and ruined my husbands prius. He sanded off carpool stickers and sprayed lousy touch-up paint on his bumpers. When we tried to take off the wax that he claimed would cure the paint, it removed the paint too. Can you correct this and how much time would it take. Would it be greater than your 90 minutes. If you can't repair it, can your refer a good economical place.
Heather, posted May 31 at 11:40 AM
Wow Heather. Sorry to hear that.
Those stickers come off pretty easily with solvent.
I'd have to see the car to give you am idea of how to make it pretty again. A picture would help, but I might still need to see it in person.
If you buy the deal and I can't help you, I'll refund you and refer a professional that will make us both proud.

Q: I have lots of scratches on my car. What happens if you can't finish all the scratches in the 90 minutes.
cathy, posted June 1 at 1:56 PM
I can almost always do everything on a car in that 90 mins, I'm not overly concerned if it takes a bit longer. My main concern is making my customers happy.

Q: I forgot I was in my Gocus and not my Expedition with backup sensors when I backed into a brick driveway wall scratching the bumper. Theres no dent but it is scratched deeply on the corner bumper. Can you fix that?!
MaryKay, posted June 1 at 7:40 PM
Ooops. I promise not to tell anyone what happened. :)
I can make it the color of your car, but I can't do much about the roughness from the scrape.
