Q: What is considered electrical maintenance & repair? I'd like to have a couple outlets changed out & one fixed so it operates the switch again, would that fall under this?

Q: I have a few questions, do you work on pool lights? Also I want to increase the wattage on a room in my house, do you do that? I have an intercom in my house that has stopped working and a doorbell that doesn't ring, are these things that you guys fix?

Yes, I work on pool lights, trouble shooting or replacing lamps. Increasing wattage is electrical, so that also falls into the scope of work. Intercom and doorbells can be looked at and usually fixed although some out dated intercom systems can not be fixed.
