Q: I followed the Printable Shoe Size Chart and printing directions but am concerned. I normally wear a US women's size 7, yet this says I wear a US women's 10. That is a big discrepancy. Why is that?

Hi Teresa, the Printable Shoe Size Chart should be print out using two 8"*11" paper. Once printed, please use a ruler to measure the scale on the left to make sure the size of the inch is correct. Then you will need to use the fit mark on the papers to align the 2 papers and it should help you find the correct shoe size. Hope that answers your questions. Please let us know if you need any further assistance. Kindest regards...Burnetie Team

Q: Ok the printer did minimized the actualsize so , it worked out after I unchecked the autosize setting option. Next question, I cannot apply my spreebird coupon. There's only one place to enter it which is when it asks for your shipping zipcode. Any suggestions?

Hi Teresa,
It should take you to the shopping cart page right after you finished selecting the shoes. You will find the "Discount Codes" on the bottom left of the Shopping Cart page and you should be able to apply your voucher codes. Thanks...Burnetie Team
