We are not a steam cleaner. we use an industrial rotary machine with enzymes that break up the oils and proteins that bind dirt and dust the backing if the carpet and crystallize so you aren't left with a first attracting residue. They are safe and nontoxic and the carpet will dry in 2-3 hours.

If you purchase the deal the first 3 rooms would be the deal. The additional 6 rooms and stairs would go directly thru our company and would be 170. This would be 30 for the stairs and 20 for each additional room. You can pay us by cash or check when we complete the job

Each additional room is always $20 halls are $10 so it would be an additional $110 to our company at time of cleaning
