Q: Do I send you my prescription and does this include bifocals?
Debbie Allred, posted December 19 at 7:42 AM
Lined Bifocals are $89 including a $39 frame, so the discount will be applied to the order.
This discount appears to be giving $20 off, so there will still be money due on orders for bifocals.
We do not verify prescriptions, so it not required to send in the prescription to place an order with us. If a customer would like us to explain any part of the prescription or assist them, we would like to see it in those cases only.

Maureen, posted December 19 at 8:04 AM
Actually, we provide both - Complete prescription glasses, with frame and lenses, OR relensing for your own favorite frame!

Q: If I were to tell you my contacts are a -5.50, could you just make a basic pair of glasses off that? I only need glasses to walk around my house when I take my contacts out. I don't wear glasses out.
Chris, posted December 20 at 12:45 AM
Hi Chris, Most people are not aware that the prescription for contact lenses is different than the prescription for glasses, because contact lenses sit directly on the eye, and we would not be able to determine your eyeglass prescription from the contact lens prescription. We recommend you request an eyeglass prescription from your eye doctor.

Q: $19 for complete frames and prescription lens?
Stephanie Nguyen, posted December 23 at 2:04 PM
Yes, this price includes single vision, clear prescription lenses in one of our many $39 frames. We do offer tinted sun lenses, bifocals and progressives, and those items would be discounted $20 with this deal.
